Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:

✔ Unused and in their original condition
✔ Returned with all original tags and packaging

You may return an item if:

• It does not match the description
• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged or defective

How to Return an Item

You can return your order via mail or in-store:

🔹 In-Store: Bring your item along with proof of purchase to one of our locations, and our team will assist you with the return process.

Return Fees

We do not charge return processing fees. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
